Can we pick up our signs?We take great pride in the quality of our signs and setup. Let our delivery team make your speical day smooth and hassle free.

When will our sign be delivered and picked up?The sign will be setup to perfection by 7:00 am on your drop off date and picked up by 9:00 pm on your pick up date.

How do I pay for my signs?Payment is asked to be handled over the phone with a credit card. We use Square as our primary payment method.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?We our committed to offering you our services, but understand changes can occur. A full refund will be offered for cancellation within 48 hours of your booking.
